The law firm of Butler & College, LLC is privileged to be represented by eight highly knowledgeable and experienced attorneys who make their customers’ goals their own.

Ryan Butler

Ryan Butler graduated from The Citadel, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1996 and his Master of Business Administration in 1999. In 2006, Ryan began his law school career and graduated with a Juris Doctor in May of 2009. While in law school, Ryan received the CALI Award for the highest mark in Contracts. He was also voted Vice President for the Evening Law Students Association and was a member of the Real Estate Society. Following his graduation, he worked as an intern for Weeks, Foti & Irvine, LLC, the Honorable Irvin G. Condon, and the Charleston County Probate Court. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, as well as the Charleston County Bar Association.

Andrew College

Andrew College graduated from West Virginia University in 2005, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2006, Andrew began his law school career at Thomas M. Cooley and graduated with a Juris Doctor in May of 2009. While attending law school, he worked as an intern for the East Lansing, MI law firm Sixty Plus, Inc. In 2009, Andrew joined the legal team of Weeks, Foti & Irvine, LLC to help clients with their real estate needs. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Sarah M. Smith

Sarah Smith was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Real Estate. After college, Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2012, graduating cum laude.

While in law school, Sarah’s hard work earned her an array of awards, such as the CALI Award for Property and Elder Law and the title of Vice President of the Estate Planning and Tax Law Society. She was also a part of the Adult Guardianship/ Conservatorship Pilot Program with the Charleston County Probate Court.

Sarah joined our law firm to help expand the legal services available to our clients. She will focus her practice primarily on Estate Planning and Real Estate Transactions. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Bar.

Ashley Adams Brown

Ashley is the managing attorney for the Bluffton Office location where she focuses her practice on Residential Real Estate and Estate Planning matters. Ashley was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2015 and the Georgia Bar in 2019. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning and a Minor in Political Science in 2010, and then obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. Ashley attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May of 2015, with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and a Children’s Law Certificate. While in Law School, Ashley focused her studies on Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Pro Bono services. She received the CALI Excellence Award for the highest grade in her Estate Planning course and was selected as the 2015 recipient of the Albert C. Todd, Estate Planning Award. Ashley served as the Pro Bono Board President (2014-2015) and Board Member (2013-2014). She received the Hugh L. Wilcox Pro Bono Volunteer of the Year Award (2014-2015) and the Pro Bono Outstanding Service Award (2013-2014). Additional law school honors included membership in the John Belton O’Neall American Inn of Court, Phi Delta Phi – Calhoun Inn Honors Fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Mock Trial Bar; and was a South Carolina Bar Foundation Public Interest Fellowship recipient and Public Interest Law Society Grant recipient. Ashley is committed to her local and state communities. She has recently served in the following capacities, the SC 14th Circuit Young Lawyer Division Representative 2020-2021; Family Promise of Beaufort County Board of Directors and is a current volunteer; the South Carolina Bar Association Community Law Week Committee; and the South Carolina Bar Association Bar Foundation Committee, and the Junior Service League of Beaufort. Ashley is married to Zachary Brown, a designer for Hansen Architects in Savannah. They have a daughter, Hayden Grace, and two dogs, Bisbee and Reese.

Christopher Grace

Christopher graduated from West Virginia University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Biology in 2004. He also earned the President’s Award for achieving a 4.0 GPA. While at West Virginia University, Mr. Grace became a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. In 2007, Mr. Grace graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law and in 2008 was sworn into the Maryland Bar. He became an associate of Schlachman, Belsky, & Weiner, P.A., primarily serving as counsel for the Fraternal Order of Police in civil and domestic affairs. in 2011, Mr. Grace started his own practice with a focus on general litigation. During this period, he tried hundreds of trials and hearings throughout the entire State of Maryland. In 2017, Mr. Grace decided to raise his family in the Lowcountry. He became a member of the South Carolina Bar and joined Butler and College focusing on residential real estate. Mr. Grace takes pride in working directly with clients to fulfill the needs and explaining the process. Christopher lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Jessica, an elementary school teacher. He is also a proud father of their two young daughters, Nora and Hannah.

Amanda Sicinski

Amanda grew up most of her life in the snow, living both on the outskirts of Rochester, NY as well as in Shelton, CT. In 2011, she graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. In 2015, she earned her Juris Doctor at Pace University School of Law, where she earned the Judge Richard J. Daronco Award for Excellence in Clinical Studies for her work in the Barbara C. Salken Criminal Justice Clinic. She admitted to both the New York Bar and the Connecticut Bar in 2016. Although first starting employment in general practice, Amanda found her passion for residential real estate law, and has now worked exclusively in real estate law since 2019. She also volunteered in 2018 and 2019 as the treasurer of Valley Shakespeare Festival, a non-profit theater dedicated to bringing low cost and free performances to the area.

In 2020, Amanda started to tire of all the snow and admitted to the South Carolina Bar. In early 2021, she left the cold and snow behind and moved to sunny, warm Myrtle Beach, SC. In June 2022, she was hired at Butler & College, LLC, and is loving every minute of it. You can find her in the Myrtle Beach office during office hours and on the beach, reading a book in her off hours.

Natalia Chandler

Natalia focuses her practice on Residential Real Estate and Family Law related matters. Natalia was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to Polish immigrants. She graduated from the University at Albany double majoring in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She then attended and graduated from Albany Law School with her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, Natalia worked at the Yale Law School immigration and family legal service clinic and founded a non-profit organization, Project Totem, which assists legal aids with translation/interpretation services. Prior to joining Butler & College, LLC, Natalia focused her practice on immigration removal defense and family law.

Natalia and her husband reside in Bluffton, SC with their rescue pup, Kiwi.

Frances Reindollar

Frances Reindollar was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She attended Clemson University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. After graduating she worked as a paralegal for Butler & College before attending the Charleston School of Law. While in law school Frances continued to work as a law clerk for Butler & College, while also serving as an articles editor for the Charleston Law Review and working with the Charleston Housing Court Pro Bono Program. With hard work and determination, Frances was awarded the Presidential Honors Scholarship and earned several CALI Awards in various classes, including Property. In May 2021 she graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law. Frances is a member of the South Carolina Bar and continues working for Butler & College, focusing on assisting clients with real estate transactions. She currently resides in Meggett, SC with her husband James and their Boykin Spaniel Mable.

Tom McNutt

Tom grew up near the salt marshes of Bluffton, SC and drove over the bridges to Hilton Head Island daily to attend school. After living and working in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the beauty of the coast called him home to the Lowcountry in 2019. Tom brings global insights and world-class service to clients in estate planning and real estate.

Tom graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and returned to Wake Forest to earn his Juris Doctor in 2008. He also earned a Master of Law in Public International Law from the University of Oslo in 2011. Tom is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, and South Carolina.

Tom now lives in Bluffton with his wife, two children, cat, and, reluctantly, their dog.

Stevie Cooper

Stevie is a Charleston native and comes from a family of local educators and entrepreneurs. She attended the College of Charleston from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. After college, Stevie joined Americorps *NCCC where she worked across the country on various projects addressing social issues in the areas of unmet human needs, public safety, the environment, and education. She started her legal career in 1998 as a legal secretary to F. Truett Nettles, II. In 2000, she accepted a position as paralegal to the late, Coming B. Gibbs Jr., of Gibbs & Holmes, where she also worked as of counsel until 2011. She earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law 2009. After graduating from law school, Stevie opened her own practice focused primarily on providing legal services to low-income clients and independent contract services to local law firms. She brings a vast knowledge across multiple legal genres and a passion for serving her community to our firm. She is a wife and mother to three and enjoys spending her free time with her family experiencing all the wonderful things the lowcountry has to offer. In addition, she loves to camp on and off grid with her family and regularly visits SC State parks throughout the year.
